Extending a Supporting Hand to the Needy

One day while at work I took a break from my office which was at Pioneer House opposite the old US Embassy in Kenya along Moi Avenue.  As I walked across the street I saw a young lady smartly dressed in a pair of blue jeans and a top sitting on a pavement. It was un-usual to see a young lady sit down on the floor. I felt compelled to go to talk to her, I asked her name  and she told me she was called Keziah she was crying and in severe pain all over her body. I asked if I could help her she told me she should could not walk she was trying to go to the hospital. I told her to stand up then helped her cross the street to my office and  then arranged for her to see a doctor within the building.

As we approached my office she told me she was feeling really sick, I then decided to take her up the building to a private doctor.  I left her at the doctor’s office and asked them to treat her then bill me, apparently Keziah was so sick the doctor called for an ambulance and she was immediately admitted at Matter hospital where she stayed for over a week.  Keziah became well thereafter, got married  and was blessed with 2 children.
